 1. Sign up and be the first to register a qualified lead via our portal.

Be the first to register a qualified lead through our portal with a relevant party with whom we are not yet in contact and with whom we – following your introduction – sign an agreement.

To prevent misunderstandings and for the sake of completeness: we reserve the right not to engage a party. There can be all kinds of reasons for this. For example: a party you introduce to us can compete with an existing customer / partner. It is also possible that we do not see any potential for a particular offering or there may be other reasons for not signing an agreement. In the event that we decide not to work with a party, we do not owe a lead fee and you cannot claim any payment.

2. Your qualified lead is blocked for 90 days under your name.

Each qualified lead is blocked for 90 days under your name. These 90 days start on the day of registration. After these 90 days the lead and any right to commission will expire. All follow-up orders with the customer do not fall under the lead fee. The lead fee only applies to the lead that leads to an initial agreement with a new party.

3. You will receive a 10% commission if we sign an agreement as a result of your lead.

If you bring us into contact with a relevant party with whom we are not yet in contact and with whom we – following your introduction – sign an agreement, you will receive a commission of 10% for the contracted hours up to a maximum of €1000 commission per lead. (travel, accommodation costs and other costs are excluded). This 10% applies to the amounts that we charge the relevant party and can be invoiced to us after we have received payment thereof. To this end, we will send you a monthly statement of the amounts received, on the basis of which you can draw up your commission invoice.

4. Conversion. For a public limited liability company. Requirements: A company that has had a subsidiary in another EU country for at least 2 years.
